fhi360 Malawi Office made a visit at Female Sex Workers Association (FSWA) Secretariat to review on the FY24 fiscal year performance on EpiC project. During the meeting it was highlighted that a mass number of Female Sex Workers are reached with HIV preventive interventions in all the four impacted districts of Balaka, Blantyre, Lilongwe, and Phalombe. Meanwhile, Community PrEP distribution has maximized a number of more initiations of clients on PrEP as an addition to other preventive commodities such as PEP, Condoms, and lubricants. FSWA intensifies messages on the use of PrEP and other preventive commodities to its community members as a way of preventing the spread of HIV virus and other sexual transmitted infections.
